Timothy Herron has been practicing as a civil trial attorney for over 30 years, trying complex commercial and personal injury litigation matters. He spent a number of years working on behalf of clients in toxic tort litigation including asbestos, benzene and pharmaceutical injury. Tim graduated from Texas Christian University with a Bachelors and Masters of Science degree before going to Baylor University School of Law. During his time at Baylor, Tim was on the Baylor National Mock Trial team that won a national championship, being named top speaker in the Final Round. Tim was also named to the National Moot Court and State Moot Court teams as well. He graduated Cum Laude from Baylor in 1980 and has represented companies and individuals since that day.
Tim has six children of whom he is extremely grateful and proud and six grandchildren, of whom he is equally proud.
